Periscope is a social media phenomena that suggests we are living in a future already imagined. In the most ambitious exploration of the aesthetic possibilities of the mobile App; Turner Contemporary will become a surfing zone between global artists in diverse latitudes but drawn together in a boundary defining series of, live performances, interviews for smartphones, intimate chat and dialogues on the topic of Risk.
